The internal ring gear is a gear made on the inner side of the rim of one or several paired gears (or other forms of meshing transmission). It is usually used in conjunction with another gear to achieve transmission function. The inner ring gear usually meshes with the outer gear, forming a system for transmitting power. In JCB 3CX and 4CX excavator loaders, the ring gear in the planetary gear set is an application example of the inner ring gear.

Can internal ring gear adjust dynamic speed?
Yes, the inner ring gear can adjust the dynamic speed. The number of teeth on the inner ring gear is one of the key factors affecting dynamic speed. By changing the number of teeth on the inner ring gear, the transmission ratio of the gear can be changed, thereby adjusting the dynamic speed.
Specifically, if the number of teeth on the inner ring gear increases, the transmission ratio will decrease and the dynamic speed will decrease; On the contrary, if the number of teeth on the inner ring gear decreases, the transmission ratio will increase and the dynamic speed will increase. This adjustment method is very common in mechanical transmission, which adapts to different working needs and conditions by changing the number of teeth on the inner ring gear.
It should be noted that the adjustment of the inner ring gear should be based on actual needs and machine parameters, and cannot be changed arbitrarily. Improper adjustment may cause damage to the machine or affect its normal operation.

Can internal ring gear increase the gear ratio?
